Frequently Asked Questions

The Conference will take place at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside California! 

June 27th and 28th, 2024

The conference hours are 8am-4:30pm on 6/27/24, and 8am-noon on 6/28/24

Individuals who are requested to stay overnight or have traveled far distances will be staying at the Marriott, Riverside Convention Center. 

Each branch office will receive direct communication regarding office closure plans on Wednesday 6/26/24 - 6/28/24. This will include messaging our community. 

Employees staying at Marriott are requested to park at Marriot and walk (across the street) to the Convention Center. Those who are not staying overnight may park at the Convention Center. Parking at both locations will be paid by the organization. 

• If you are required to stay overnight and have not recieved your confirmation, please contact Maria Zamudio at A&S. 

• meals provided: meals will be provided at the conference as follows: Thursday lunch, afternoon refreshment at the conference. Friday, mid-morning refreshments will be provided. 
• Happy Hour Reception: Hour's Deouvers will be provided along with drink tickets for employees and cashless bar. (no cash accepted as payment)
• All other meals will be reimbursed within the regulatory per diem rate of maximum $40 per day. Employees must submit receipts for reimbursement upon return to the office. 
• MILEAGE: employees driving their own vehicles may submit mileage reimbursement request according to the regulatory process. 

• Employees may choose to bring a guest to the Happy Hour Reception at Marriott. Drink tickets are provided to employees only. Refreshments are planned with conference attendee numbers in mind. 

• Employees who report to out of area branch offices, will be cleared to leave and travel home and will receive company paid time for the remainder of the day.
• Employees who report into the local branch office may report back to the office after their lunch break for work or they may choose to utilize vacation time for the remainder of the day. 

• Dress code for both the conference and the mixer is business casual.
